I'm still using my HE.net tunnel, and have been using it for more than 4 years. My ISP started BGP-advertising 2 IPv6 /32s 2 years ago... still no news. I fully expect that when they do deploy IPv6 to their customers (at this rate, it will be some time in the 2030s) that they'll only give you a single /64; they're that annoying. Very excellent tunnel service too. I'm pretty sure it's gone down less than 8 times in that interval.
