- Robotbeat 8y agoI wouldn't be surprised. A lot of blacks in the Midwest are Jim Crow refugees and thus haven't had as much time to develop community support systems and generational wealth. Also, Texas is very diverse.
- rayiner 8y agoHispanic students also do better in Texas than pretty much everywhere else in the country.
