What is it about "Thinking in Systems" that compels you to read it annually?

  it defined the way i think about ... everything. and every year again while reading it i put my experiences (business and private) again in the form of systems and leverage points as outlined by donella. and every year again its an awesome learning experience. simply the most important book i have ever read. (i read a lot)
