Hardware. I started 3d printing a ring with an embedded (existing) chip for 2FA. Next I played with Rpi, usual tutorials with buttons + led. I picked up Android Things, and started building a led matrix controller. However Android Things was too slow to directly control the matrix, thus I started playing with a STM micro controller (blue pill). In parallel, I started working on Solo keys (https://solokeys.com https://solokeys.com), where I didn't build the hardware myself, but all the experience I gain was very helpful to keep up. Next year will likely be more Rust and porting Solo to different platform, for example Arduino. Maybe I'll try to make my first schematic and manufacture it, we'll see how it goes (I have access to a good teacher :).
