I disagree. No one is entitled to free work. I have no use for a subscription, but I need 2 logos converted to vectors. I'll happily pay the $10 for that then cancel the subscription. Would a month access for $10 without a subscription be good? I think so. But he's obviously looking for customers with ongoing needs for the service.
