The US is such a weird country. They probably have the best free speech protection in the world, for which I admire them, but then they do this kind of stuff. They sometimes are an example in freedom and sometimes they're the complete opposite.
- symfoniq 8y agoMaybe we "do this kind of stuff" specifically _because_ we value free speech. DDoS perpetrators restrict the online speech of their victims. There is nothing inconsistent about America's First Amendment protections and the FBI's actions here.
