I use this service weekly and have had next to no issues for several months now. The quality is as good as my local grocer, although I still prefer to visit there for fresh meat or bakery items; the stuff you get online in terms of "fresh" isn't bad but it is much more expensive, I've found. I've never been to a physical Whole Foods so I can't say if their quality has gone down as a result of this. My local grocer has a delivery service but I am too entrenched in Amazon to try it out.
