$6 billions with 15 years for 1.5 miles tunnel. What a horrible project!
- cannonedhamster 8y agoSadly it was supposed to be a nicer project, but the person who finally got it under control wasn't at the helm from the beginning. I suspect it would be far better if he had. :(
