Thanks for the link - seems like a lot of their issues are based on playing it as a "startup" (although in the UK you can use a home kitchen for commercial food, you just still need to register with the FSA). Am planning it as "just a regular" food business, so not looking for the rocket-style growth it seems they were banking on. Interesting story of failure in the space though!
