You can leave your phone at home and buy another one in the new location. That's why they have phone shops in the airports.
- philpem 8y agoAs silly as this sounds, it was standard procedure for one company I worked with. Don't bring your phone, get one from the US office. Same with laptops. Didn't half speed up border crossings when your itinerary is a week and all you have are your clothes, your passport, some travel money and your tickets.
