Amazon Shipment Forever Stuck at Customs
- jiveturkey 8y agoit’s sad he’s making but effort to slam amazon here. ok they didn’t do a perfect job but the package wasn’t lost yet. any other vendor would have been much, much worse. this isn’t an amazon problem at the root. it’s a customs problem. the ultimate fix will be that amazon won’t send such packages to such countries any more.
- mhluska 8y agoSo then.. it does seem to be an Amazon problem because they offered shipping to such countries while promising 5-day delivery. Agreed other vendors would have been much worse. That's why I initially chose Amazon over other vendors.
