- achillesheels 8y agoI really wish engineers understood that, while product is difficult to nail, it’s at most 40% of the solution. Because of their lack of professional customer-facing, engineers can’t apprehend how much friction exists in the market; mostly from just the ordinary regularity of people’s daily lives.
