It's changing:

- duxup 8y agoThat actually seems like a lot of effort to KEEP the policy and filter others.
- hannasanarion 8y agoThat's not a change, that's how it's supposed to work. You keep the policy that people like, and track down the people who are abusing it. When I worked retail in 2012-2013 we took the drivers license numbers of people who returned items so that we could identify suspicious activity.
