If that is the case, then how do you propose that any private organization (especially small ones) should operate?
- incognition 8y agoThere's still trade secrets. That's what you do when you can't patent something or don't think it provides sufficient protection. That naturally asks how to keep trade secrets better? Manufacture domestically, air gapped servers, better pentesting etc. etc.
