Counterpoint: I hear there are some startups thriving on Vancouver island in a few small towns.
- troygoode 8y agoThat’s not a counterpoint. Of course _a_ (or some) startup can thrive there, or anywhere. That is not what a hub is. We don’t have to change small towns at all if all we want is a diverse assortment of small businesses, some of which may be tech.
