I agree regarding cleanliness. Soma is filthy. Mission is somewhat dirty. South beach, north beach, the hills, marina, etc - all very clean. > Anyone who thinks SF has great weather has never spent much time west of Twin Peaks. It is foggy and cold most of the time. I think sf has great weather BECAUSE I confine myself to east of twin peaks. I don't understand how people complain about sunny and 65-75 9/10 days a year.
