I won't bore you with the details, but I'm an IT power user. I just like a simple life. So setting the refresh rate should be easy. Trivial. One command you find at the first few Google results . So if you want to set the refresh rate(and resolution , of course) , you now how know some commands, write a script , and know directory locations , and remember all that crap for future changes. And if add a second user, suddenly, some more complexity.
