Huh. I thought this was stupid, then realized I was... maybe? Space tourism is pretty niche. A booking marketplace doesn't really make sense right now, so I assume your real goal is to create the market by incentivizing supply through crowd funding/aggregating demand for various "levels" of space tourism? What economies of scale are you targeting? Do you have a timeline for collecting deposits? If I'm wrong, please consider the above anyway :) Personally, I won't settle for less than a few LEO laps.
