China runs perpetually in flagrant violation of the entire set of rules. Doing business in China requires participation by local entities, giving up IP to the gov., state-sponsorhip of direct competition - the list goes on. If we were to do a tit-for-tat on those things alone, very few Chinese firms would be allowed to operate here. So we'll buy plastic stuff, not silicon stuff.
