Soon there will be another facebook and we will have "Why people are leaving "NEW-Facebook". The point is attrition rate gets higher as the company matures, because they are hiring at a higher rate. Its no "fault" of any company. There will definitely be cases where a company screws up and doesn't treat the employees right, but I highly doubt Google is that kind of company.
