Dependencies should be added to projects as conservatively as possible. The best dependency is no dependency. You shouldn't go seeking out dependencies. Your app doesn't depend on machine learning, so why would you make it depend on something it doesn't actually depend on? Future maintainers (including yourself) would hate you for it.
