  I think it should be the other way around. Elephant with an android hat, since the inners are PHP but the outside is android.

    Ah, but it is not an elephant, it is an éléPHPant. :) It was never intended to be a PHP logo, but there is this crazy talented designer in France named Vincent Pontier who thought the letters PHP looked like an elephant.
