How do you envision that? So companies will stop hoarding money offshore and that will have 0 positive economic effect?
- dd36 8y agoAccess to capital is not a current issue. There is a virtually unlimited amount of capital available in the US to anyone offering it a high return. The issue is the lack of opportunities for high returns.
