Jira tickets are generally devoid of specific information. What am I actually expected to do. List it out. User stories are an incredibly useless concept in the current implementation. And the new interface on jira is a piece of shit. I will say it again, jira sucks when it comes to UI. Just because a ticket exists doesn't mean it has useful info or potentially matters anymore.
