- fleitz 16y agoThe cell phone was not invented in 1973, that thing Michael Douglas carries around in Wall Street is called a brick.
- S_A_P 16y agoActually motorola unveiled the cell phone in 1973 and the brick phone design was pretty much unchanged from the beginning until the 80s when miniaturization began in earnest.
