You are being condescending based on the type of content that other people care about. Maybe this will help you better understand: consider HN starts banning your comments and someone chimes in, "oh dear, how will yters survive without being able to post his naive opinion?". Hope that helps.
- yters 8y agoI would certainly not be a refugee! Using such terminology denigrates those who are refugees because otherwise they'll die. It's like saying everyone we disagree with is a Nazi, and their policies are equivalent to the Holocaust. Such things are only said by those who've never lived through truly horrible circumstances themselves.
