Can you actually be sued for just having the same business model as someone else? Is that even possible? If anything that's what most confused me, I thought they had a pretty interesting idea
- ghaff 8y agoProbably not but, if you have the same business model and then use trademarks, trade dress, etc. in a way that causes potential confusion, you can most definitely be sued. This is why you hire lawyers up-front.
