I am a majority shareholder in and CEO of two US based businesses. I run them remotely from the UK. Total 2018 revenue will be 450k. What are my options if I want to move to the US?
- proberts 8y agoWithout knowing more, probably the E-2 and the O-1 are worth exploring.
- graeme 8y agoAre they us based, or are they uk based with majority us sales, revenue etc. Probably the former, but just in case, the e1 visa is a good option for anyone abroad who mainly sells to the us. It's for companies with more than 50% of their trade in the US. You can get a visa with that to do business in the US. Mentioning for anyone reading who may be in a similar situation.
