Why would they? That would reduce engagement.
- mc32 8y agoI don't think it would have a big impact. New accounts should by their nature have few followers. Accounts with historically low activity should also have little effect on "engagement".
- amadeusw 8y agoThese are good points. Twitter has means to prevent disinformation campaigns using relatively simple math. The question we need to ask is why they don't do it.
