Tell PG: Hacker News Bug

Every so often, I'll load Hacker News and there'll be articles one after the other with the same name and similar ratings. Recently, this has been occurring much more frequently. This appears to be a race condition in either the submission system or the voting system. The tiering of votes leads me to believe its in the voting system. I also haven't noticed these on the front page, but I'm not sure if they appear there too. Does anybody else have any ideas?
