Sometimes it's good for people to have the chance to simply vent, tbh. Don't need to assign blame, or come up with "solutions". Sounds like GP has had a tough time and we should maybe simply sympathise.
- claudiawerner 8y agoNot only that, but the idea that blame can even be assigned, individually or collectively, is up for question. Nobody is really to blame for structural issues or operating within a framework which seems natural or unquestioned or even unquestionable.
