I didn't think so and I am sure I would have heard of it.M2Ys4U 8y agoIIRC shares will be held in trust for the benefit of the employees, a little like the John Lewis Partnership.walshemj 8y agoso does the EBT have at least 50% plus one of the shares and do the employees control the company if they don't it isn't a coop.
