This isn’t really new. Samsung bought (allegedly) his stock photo and used it. Nothing illegal with that, though it potentially could be false advertising. I feel like all phone companies use dslr photos, or photos they didn’t even take with the phone, to advertise how great their cameras are. Sad state of the world we are in. Everyone lies
