>As much as locals love to complain about traffic, it's still miles better than most large cities and I think anyone who's spent time in NYC, LA, SF, or even Atlanta will see that. The complaints stem from a dramatic change, over the past 10 years it went from 15-20 minutes to get anywhere to at least 40. Comparing to cities at least 4-5 times the size of Nashville isn't valid. Similar with housing, which the oddest thing, to me at least, is the valuation of certain areas over others.
