The phrase "female-presenting nipples" opens up so much room for interpretation and discussion, doesn't seem like a great choice for trying to make your policy

    It's written in such a way as to encompass trans-women too.

    Someone that "expresses" or "presents" themself as female is "female-presenting". These people will no longer be allowed to show their nipples.

  There's simply no way to formalize rules of nudity and sexuality in this new era. They're better off being super vague about "no sexual content" and picking their battles when it comes to needing clarification.

  It's basically "if it looks like boobs, you can't post it". But phrased a bit more delicately.
