Manually unfollow everyone. It takes time but worth it. I never check FB anymore (over two years) because I have no news feed. I use Messenger still, unfortunately.
- mabbo 8y agoThat creates an unneeded amount of work come January of re-following everyone and everything I want to follow. This is a month experiment, not a permanent life change. At least, so far that's all it is.
