IMVHO the most efficient language is the one all involved parties in a communication speak, understand and can use to express as clearly as possible anything they want. So IMO German is the most efficient one for Germans native speaker's between them, French for Frenches etc. The thing we really need is an international, artificial language, as simple as possible for anyone in the world to be used ONLY for docs and international communication alongside their native one to avoid advantage a country above others.
