if someone offered me 'contractor-under-evaluation' employment, I'd likely laugh in their face. in the US (where I work) or in the NL (where you work), my employment is contingent on a visa, which is just way too much effort for a "maybe," position. Once you've ascertained I can program and don't appear to be an asshole, most other things can be worked out.
