I have a fairly standard sized living room, TV (55inch), standard vision.
I vastly prefer 4k content. It is much, much clearer. There is likely a 4th or 5th variable that isnt considered like the additional pixel count's impact on how the eye sees color etc.
- jrobn 8y agoI doubt 8K will be as big as a subjective improvement. Things like HDR, 10-bit color depth, and higher display brightness (nits) all contribute to a better image than just a resolution increase.
