That has to be a trademark violation in the UK. Would be very surprised if the trademarks for Clive Sinclair's ZX Spectrum weren't in the same category as this.

That has to be a trademark violation in the UK. Would be very surprised if the trademarks for Clive Sinclair's ZX Spectrum weren't in the same category as this. And thanks to the "Next", they're still in use.
- laurentoget 8y agospectrum is also the brand name used by charter telecommunications for their ISP and news business, so they obviously do not have much concern about trademark infringement.
