Why India? If we're gonna move everything we can as well try to move it closer to home. Europe/USA. But it will take longer than 2025.

  Because they have 1 billion people and wages are low. This can only work (fast), when big corps can keep their profits. The world is not perfect I'm afraid.

    Africa have more people, lower wages, and Chinese expansion.

      Actually, Africa is a continent not a single country, and moreover the population of the entire continent is less than India.
