- jfoutz 8y agoYou know, you're right. There are literally thousands of ICO promotors that were given nothing. They took the risk themselves. Well, they took the risk of their premined coins never becoming valuable, but there was no actual 100k$ payment. This is a brilliant insight that if you have money you can encourage people to behave unethically in exchange for a quick buck. You're right. The brown guys are the villains.
