That level of threat can’t be from normal everyday commute people(quite different from 1989 where many citizens feel empathy for students, revolution doesn’t have any community support now). I could only think three entities: foreign sabotage, terrorism or revenge and a military rebellion. In any of those case, they can’t be using electricity car lol Or don’t use the word threat. I assure you every minute tens of thousands people in China blame the party or some leader in a trackable way. You got be at some scale bigger than the noise
