- gregggggsz87 8y agoBecause you give up equity, that's why. He is worth 10,200 million. Surely he could have provided 50 of his 10,200 to Asana instead of giving that equity to others. All the funding Asana needs is within his means to provide and even if the company were to fail he would still be a billionaire. So, back to my original question. Why doesn't he self-fund?
