- projectramo 8y agoFor sure people want to go to the coastal cities. I think the missing component of the demand side is the prices of these places. Even with bank bonuses, the numbers are so astronomically high you have to wonder how so many people can afford them.

Obviously not anywhere near coastal cities, but Midwest city housing prices keep going up even as the manufacturing economy there supposedly shrinks.
