Preact is the most React-like small framework, probably the best for your resume and for hiring people who want a good resume. Mithril is the small framework that most directly addresses the issues brought up in this article. It has routing built in and comes with a small streams library that, for apps I work on, is all the state management I need. For those who really love JSX, Inferno is a really clean, small React-like framework. Its advantage over Mithril is that JSX expressions evaluate to components, not vnodes, so your HOC code will be slightly cleaner.
