Wondering if there is a corpus of "stop-phrases" like stop-words which will include gems like "passionate about software development", "good communicator", "truth-seeker" and the likes. It might be interesting to do a basic pre-processing of the JD to remove all such stop-phrases before evaluating the role being offered.
