Both BLAS and LAPACK are written in fortran aren't they? So that's all the core numerical routines for numpy/scipy and R and I assume many other things.

- gnufx 8y agoSort of. The bits of BLAS that make it performant aren't written in Fortran -- either assembler, or the equivalent SIMD intrinsics. (See OpenBLAS and BLIS source.)
