When Company hires Agency to design a social media presence, Agency doesn't have to wait for Company to create pages, assign rolls, and probably spend hours on the phone wasting everyone's time. Agency can just create a page, set everything up, then with the knowledge they already have, assign admin rights to Company, and Company can remove Agency.
