- bluGill 8y agoNo, what he would pay sets a maximum price for him. This has nothing to do with supply and demand which is the combination of all potential tenants and all potential landlords.
- randyrand 8y agoA good point. Most people would spend many thousands on a smartphone given how useful they are, but yet we don’t have to.
